Hi Sameet Khan Dr. V Pandey as per your image the symptoms are much closeگندم کا جھکڑ It is fungal dsease go forthe applicationl of propicanazole +Trifoxystrobin as soon as possible .

Thanks Shahzaib Kashan bhai. I feel the symptoms on leaf needs to be checked before concluding blast disease which is uncommon in wheat as compared to paddy. Anyway request Sameet Khan to check the symptoms of blast on leaf.
