What is the problem of green tree color pallid?

this situation affected most of the fields in my area and possibly all fields. The symptoms are almost the same as a phosphorus deficiency, but adding phosphorous did not solve the problem. Note:- there is a clear salinity in the water maybe is that because what do you think?
