What deficiency this plant suffer from?

Hi, I thought this nitrogen deficiency and applied one time humic acid, I donot see any improvements, do you think this is sign of a virus, the yellow curly leaves? I hope somebody to help me identify this so I get rid of it if needed. Thanks

H،salam you mean pictures of leaves themselves .. i took for the whole plant thinking it is better like that .. but if so, I will get close to leaves tomorrow because it is tonight now.

Vijayakumar you mean this plant suffer from a blight or some? Btw to add, the white spots is a Sulfur powder I sprayed on the plant week ago, so no one get confused about it .. and sorry for not mention it in the post.
