What does this tomato plant suffer from?

Hi, What do you think this plant suffer from? Btw, that white power on the plant is some sort of Sulfur I think the translation in English is Micronized sulfur .. I did it for other tomatos it is not about the Sulfur powder plus this issue is before I put slightly this Sulfur on plants.

Hi Sreekanth M Thank you for replying. I understand these white stuff makes it confusing but this is really the Sulfur powder I sprayed days ago, all plants have this and the other looks healthy .. I cannot see those mealybug like I see from that link .. may it be a deficiency?

Subham Saurabh weather is strange these days .. it should be winter but still feels fine not hot or cold .. and I think if it is cold related issue then it should turn into purple right? Anyway, I have others said it is Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus and I got rid of the plant .. unfortunately it is 2 months old and never grown over this, maybe cold started hitting it first before this issue because it was not like that when it took so long to grow from young age
