Hi Venkatarama Reddy. Compare symptoms with Powdery Mildew , Sooty Mold . Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost along with recommended dosage of fertilizers of your area.
