I was told that this is a very seriuos problem with tomato. Said to be a viral disease. The leaves are curled and it spreads very rapidly.

Have had spots and other issues with plants most of season, have tried fertilizer, pesticides, and sprays.
Plant grow will lesser
+ 1Development of white spots on the lower section of the plant. Don't think it's #Early Blight as the dots are not dark. But maybe it is? If so, destroy the plant?
