Pepper plant moved indoors just before first frost, starting to sprout & build a root system , but what is this orange stuff on my pepper plant ? ... These are supposed to be red bell peppers

hai in my nursury tomoto seedlings are in same condition as per in the photo...in summer season only..no furthur growth..no white hairs in root..seedling color changed into reddish...
Leaves becomes dry and yelliw
