Its normal, place your plant where it gets normal sunlight Amindong Emos and provide them sufficient nutrients and water when required.

Too crowded and too much shade in the nursery before transplanted so making the base thin. Becareful you don't place any fertilizer directly at the base. You can spray fungicide 3x in 2week to treat it. But don't panic because it will still survive provided you water them frequently.
