What is this problem ?? .

Mr.Suresh Gollar I never apply chemicals for this plants and these are cultivated under polly house , no any critical pest and disease damage showed yet. Thank you

Ok great Vimu. But as per your sent image, your Tomato crop showing symptoms of Thrips and Botrytis Blight. Lets check symptoms by clicking on green link for taking control measures from Plantix library. Also looks like overwatering and direct watering on plant, it seems. If so,please avoid it. If any other problem, send some more pictures with your proper query again please.

Hi Venue, I Did not find any incidence of fungal as well as bacterial diseases by looking the part you showed. In my view of you can apply micro / secondary fertilizers it will get fixed
