I also experience the same. It is not bacterial wilt. Some of the plants recovered. Did some research and came by something called water wilt. However, i also realised I get this top wilt after topdressing. So far, I just push on. During hot days, the tips still wilt but the other parts are still healthy. Tomato farming.
