Wisdom Awiah as Pablo Dyment rightly said, this is Leaf Curl Disease caused by a virus. Unfortunately, there's no chemical remedy but the good news is that it can be managed. If there are not much incidence on the field, uproot and destroy affected plants either by burning or deep burying them away from the farm. Practice crop rotation by planting a non-susceptible crop during the next planting season to break the disease cycle. As a chemical management practice, apply Sulphur-based Fungicide. Thanks

This a virus,remove immediately when you spot it and give space between rows to prevent virus
