Manjiri Seems like Downy Mildew disease in progress. Spray copper oxychloride or mancozeb or ck in plantix library by clicking on green link and compare for more options on control measures.

First of all you should pluck off your infected leaf's by which they will not spread to other.and then spray mancozeb
