On leaves black dot comes and stem look like brown rusty

An expert advised that it's not a deficiency of elements but it's a kind of blight and copper oxychloride on foliar application should solve it

Khalil Alsaghir Please send some more images of plant from field in a day time and how many plants are showing such symptoms?? Are fruits of plant affected too? Please upload more pics. Hello fuzail this is a photo as you can see one of the down leaves having purple dots on it but this doesn't effect the tomato fruits , I can see some plants having these symptoms
