I have i think winged aphids all around my soil in the pot. And i made a home insecticide from mild detergent, olive oil, bakingd soda and water and the next day a leaf wolted and dies

As the picture above, black spot are developing slowly and sooner or later makes difficult for fruit to develop and it finally may drop immaturely, this happens to nearly all plants. help please

This is not the problem
