Carlos Nunes at first glance, I agree with Venkat Pawar. And I thought it was pesticide/fertilizer burn. On a second glance, it looks like thrip damage to me. Spray 1 to 2 tablespoons of neem oil or 1 to 2 tablespoons of insecticidal soap to one gallon water once a week for three weeks to get rid of the thrips. Make sure it rains at least once in-between treatments. If it doesn't, wash the leaves with water so the neem oil or the fatty acids in the insecticidal soap don't build up on the leaves' surfaces. Hope this helps. Happy growing!
