Actually this is rose tree. Leaves are infected and flower quality is very worst.

Hi Akshay Shelar . Your rose plant is severely effected by Rose Mildew and Thrips . Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months to get good growth. Please take care of your plant.
