Plz help:( all my tomato plants are flourishing and then they all just started getting black tips on their leaves :( its traveled to all 3 of my tomato plants

Had thrips and I looked into it. Thought it could be a disease caused by them? But only solution I saw was ripping them out of the ground completely:(

Casey Gondek Looks like Tomato Leaf Miner Thrips . Spray Abamectin for effective control of both pests.

Casey Gondek thrips are tough little buggers to beat because they sense your movements before you spray or inspect your plant and vacate the area quickly. Even if you spray and kill all the thrips, it could take a week for the full damage to show. You can't fix the damaged leaves. Focus on new growth and keep those leaves saturated with neem oil once a week to ward off any new thrips that might emerge. Inspect all your plants frequently for thrips now that you have them because they are hard to manage when they are a full blown infestation..good luck!
