Immediate solution for blossom end rot

I'm an organic farmer suffering upto 20% loss in Tomato crops due to blossom end rot. What is the immediate solution? I have production time of another 1.5 months

I seem to have blossom end rot due to magnesium and calcium deficiencies in my kratky Roma tomato system. I have corrected the system as of two days ago, but still am waiting for the problem to resolve itself. I'm using the general hydroponics Flora series. My main question is, why are some of the leaves brown, not the yellow ones. This system thinks that's late blight, but these are inside. Also, will the tomatoes affected by blossom end rot permanently have a rotted bottom, or will it go away? Thanks!

Some leaves look like a magnesium/calcium deficiency, so do the blossoms with some affected by blossom end rot, but some leaves also are dry and brown, which this system identifies as late blight, even though this is an indoors kratky hydroponic system. Any ideasm
