Hi Shanthakumar as per your images it seems your plants are suffering from nutrational deficiency. Iron Deficiency Nitrogen Deficiency

Shanthakumar Apply a high content nitrogen fertilizer as 40/10/10 with irrigation water for two times and then change to 19/19/19
