Tomato
2-3 leaves are showing such symptom. Rest entire plant is healthy currently and also has green fruits without any spots. There is no spot on stem also

Why is my tomato plant dying? It is well irrigated and no sign of fungal/pest attack. Not even nematodes are in root. It dries from top to bottom.

The tomato stem is growing in a flat shape in the upper area (not round). Furthermore, the leaves and the side branches are twisted into each other and have a unnatural shape. The plants were not treated with any pesticides.
