What has caused this problem and what to do now?

There are are spots on the tomatoes ans the leaves. The new flowers stems is also dying

Talal Iqbal you can use 5 to 10gms per plant. And repeat after 6 months. By the way please check PH of your soil and take necessary reclamation if necessary.

Talal, as per your image it seems this happens due to nutrational deficiency ( Calcium Deficiency ) .The dose should be according to you soil test report.
