Is it works in this stage and crop got early blight. Can you tell me the sollution for increasing size of tomatoes.

Turning of old tomato leaf into yellowish , bronzed colour, only in few plants
I think it is septoria blight or could it be a Stemphylium solani ?!
+ 1There are some black insects/bugs on stems of all tomato plants. They appear to be feeding on the stems. The tomato plants are a also affected by spider mites and white flies.
