Hi Kaushik Patel. I looks like Leaf Miner Flies and similar symptoms of nt-diseases/800107/leaf-variegation/">Leaf Variegation but this I am not sure. Lets click on both green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures.

It looks like mutation, lack of pigment chlorophyll. No treatment , no pathogen involved.
