5-6 days after transplanting Tomato plants dieing due to stem damaging of it.. Pls suggest what to do to save plants.

I planted a tomato plant in a self-watering pot a couple of weeks ago (plant was already quite big) and now leaves are turning yellow. Is this iron deficiency? Overwatering? Any tips on how to use these self-watering pots? Thank you!
