Fourth of July tomato plant. Leaves are pale with yellowing, brown spots, eventually an all brown leaf. All leaves, new and old, are looking like this. Tomato formation looks good.

Black dots on tomatoes
2-3 leaves are showing such symptom. Rest entire plant is healthy currently and also has green fruits without any spots. There is no spot on stem also

Are you growing in a greenhouse? Reminds me of blight. Not a nutrient issue.

Yes, looks like "normal" tomato blight.

Its caused by fungus. Usually happens during wet periods.

Fungicides and prevent water from splashing from the ground onto the leaves.

Best I have learned is to put mulch on top so the soil doesn't splash up when you water it since it lives in the soil. Is this correct?

Yeah...pretty much. But, since it is outside and you don't have full control over the world around it...having a fungicide on hand and treating BEFOREHAND...is good to do especially in wet environments. An omri approved fungicide I LOVE is called actinovate. Check it out! Good safe stuff.
