20% of my tomato plants stem is drying like this. I have sprayed fungicide like fenamidome, mancozeb, streptromycin sulphate, tetracyc6 hydrochloride, azoxystrobin, chlorothalonil, metalxyl-m. I have used all this fungicide combination in spraying. Please suggest anything else to spray or should I drench my plant with coc or carbendizem?

The leaves show multiple attack of Mealybug and Chilli Thrips attack use new formulation of dimethoate or propinophos or deltamethrine for control both attacks
