Tomatoes were not even grown to ripe , there is no spider on it but I saw larvae on the leaf , u can see in the uploaded photo

Hi Akhand Pratap Singh . It looks like Boron Deficiency . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures. Larva is not clear in your sent image - through you spray Neem oil 3 to 5 m/lit of water to control insect effect.
