Its collar rot disease plant stem turm black and size reduce ultimately whole plant dead .....also this problem of late blight came with collar rot at a time .....so the best solution use fungicide through flood irrigation.....wisdom 80% granule 500 mg/acre used marketed by Ag Pharma evyol Group
