Hi Yaseen Khan . Yes it's a Tomato plant. Apparently above, on closer observation it's seems to be effected by Leaf Miner Flies and Potassium Deficiency . I think it grown automatically towards road, if I am right. If you want good fruits apply sufficient quantity of FYM or Vermicompost and mix well with soil base. Give optimum water depends upon soil and climatical conditions. Take care of pest and deseases in time. So you will get good fruits. Click on green link for control measures. Thanks for visiting.
