I dont know if this is a nutrition deficiency, a pest, or fungal. I also think this may be some sports but they're growing in a greenhouse

I don't see any insects in my Greenhouse I know my husband overhead water sometime and when it gets hot I open the windows and door to my greenhouse and sun does it in. Do you think that should be sun scorch? None of the new growth.
