I had a similar problem with my tomatoes the preavious season. The picture show as a plant with a deep dark green color, thick steam and leaves curling, and for sure the steams are breaking very easy. You are having an excess of Nitrogen, please check you fertilizer program it will take a while but they will recovery. Another possible reason can be Tobacco mosaic virus. Eliminate the plants showing signs of it.
