Hi! Thanks for visiting the plantix community! It looks like attack by chewing pests (caterpillars, crickets, ants). Apply neem oil on the leaves.

The symptoms are very similar to Queima por Fertilizantes ou Pesticidas ...

Wlc to plantix, I think this is, Pesticide Burn: Pesticide burn, or phytotoxicity, is caused by misuse or misapplication of chemicals on plants. Symptoms included leaf spots, blotches, scorch or tip burn. Symptoms are sometimes confused with disease, insect or mite damage or problems caused by environmental conditions. OR This problem also occurs when you give chemical fertilizer and they take on the leaves... Fertilizer Burn Tnx

There are two clear problems in plant one is Fertilizer Burn and other is insect attack Vine Flea Beetle etc
