20 days old seedlings after transplant, plants become wilt, what will be the cause of wilt.

Question

Plants are healthy, weeds are manually removed, basal fertilizers were applied before transplantation. Temperature rises up to 32°C in this week. Plants develop new roots. Soil is moist.
