Strawberry
The leaves of my straberry are turning black in the middle

The strawberries are being grown in a northern garden in a raised bed under bird nets to keep out birds, chipmunks, & squirrels..etc.
White bug small insects making Sipder type web.. Fruits growth became stagnant.
Unmatured and matured fruits having damaged outer part, some new leaves are affected and showing holes in the middle of it, could you advise with best pest control
