Strawberry
I have 12 strawberry plants in a raised bed and they are all fine except this one.

It is an indoor potted strawberry plant. It is only a couple months old with fresh dirt. I started this guy from a runner.
White bug small insects making Sipder type web.. Fruits growth became stagnant.
Seeing wholes strawberry plant , but I don't see any insects on the leafs, pls suggest how to get rid of this problem
