Strawberry plants are not looking healthy ,the proliferation of growth is not up to the mark ,why? We do organic cultivation, please advice on .

Question

After 6 months ,the plants start to decline, one problem we had is root knot nematodes, then strawberry root weevil infestation , and inspite of adding all bio control and bio fertilizers, we have still this problem ,please advice us.
