1. Lowering soil PH is short span is impossible but you can reduce gradually by using Phosphoric Acid and Sulphuric Acid. 2. For controlling Aphids and Spider Mites click on above mentioned links. 3. During initial growth stages use 19:19:19 & 13:40:13 alternately.

Thanx Venkat Pawar. Pure sulfur is suggested by locals but i think it will b again lengthy breakdown.. if use sulfuric acid then how much quantity per hacter n how to use
