Yellow leaves,white insect on leaves and 1/3 farm had more growth and 2/3 farm crop growth is small.

Plz identify problem and suggest remedy
I didnt recognise what happened to the leaves of soyabean can u help to know what actually happen and its preventive measures..
These yellowing/dry patches have also started to appear on my peas and kohlrabi leaves.
