3 soybean rows are growing good, another 2 rows are growing average, what is the reason for this

Hi Shivanagouda. It looks like Nitrogen Deficiency . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Other two rows, average growth might be due to less number of seeds sown at the time of sowing. Lets check at your end.
