Titto Augustine Very similar to Bacterial Leaf Blight of Sugarcane. Pls ck in plantix library by clicking on green link and compare. Try to spray any copper compound like copper oxychloride wettable powder dissolved in water.

Thanks! Mine appears as spots, not stripes though. Also, yellow coloration and dryness towards the tips.

Dear Titto Augustine this plant is related with family of Sugarcane and the disease is Bacterial Leaf Blight of Sugarcane while you can remove the infected leaves and after removing them apply streptomycin or coppor fungicide
