Hi Bala Koteswara Rao . It looks like Iron Toxicity in Rice . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. White color symptoms are not clear, though on zooming I think it's effected by Asiatic Rice Borer . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.
