Imran Sheikh You’re quite right that this off-type plants with abnormal growth is surely Bakanae and Foot Rot disease in rice. The preventive and control measures are available in Plantix library by clicking on green link, pls try it. Hope that it helps 😊

Spray Sodium hypochloride 2 times at 15 days interval that is supposed to reduce the disease intensity.
