Before 7 days leaves of some plants start getting brown and there something like bacteria (white colour) are spotted under the roots...Know the same plants are dying..

I found spots on early paddy seedlings suggest me fertilizers for this..

In the roots...It was before 7daus..but know there is no bacteria..still plants are dying..
