Hi, I'd highly appreciate advice as to what are the white dots and how can I treat the plant. It looks like I could wash it off but its spread to the whole plant.

The plant lived in the deck for 2 years and was moved indoors 6 months ago when moved to another apartment.

Whether soap added and how many spray given? Have to put the plant in sun light for some time ? Importantly soil treatment with neem cake etc.is given? You can also use Profenophos 1.5 ml/l + soap solution (1%) OR Acephate 1 g/l for managing it
