Hi Venkat Pawar. . Apart from above, 2nd opinion, check Bacterial Blight of Rice by clicking on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.

Great insight Venkat Pawar. Further I should request to let us know if you applied adequate magnesium sulphate heptahydrate durning land preparation If not ck in plantix library by clicking on Magnesium Deficiency in rice and compare. Ch.V.Ramanaiah, ck also around the base if you find Brown Planthopper symptoms or Yellow Stem Borer. Because Sooty Mold develops after hoppers damage.
