Hi Althaf Kkd White heads is caused because of inadequate starch accumulation in whole grains. Neck and node blast disease will cause whiteheads or white panicles. The same could happen because of a pest called stem borer. Blast of Rice Stem Borer Please check this link for more details and preventive measures.
