Dear Rishismarty It looks like leaf blast. Spray Carbandazime. 1 gm OR Propiconazole. 1 ml OR Hexaconazole. 2 ml in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Please take care to use proper concentration of pesticides and also mix the pesticide with water outside the sprayer equipment for better results. Good luck.

It is Bacterial blight spray streptomycin-30gm/1ac,minimise urea consumption
