What disease is attack to this crop? With this disease the plant will die in any stage . What we use to prevent this

Dear V. S . Naidu It may be sheath blight. Spray Carbandazim. 1 gm OR Propiconazole. 1 ml OR Hexaconazole. 2 ml in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre Good luck.

Sir there will be some mashroom type thing round the plant i used carbandazm ,hexaconozole but nothing happend
