Hi Sandip, It is lapidoptrous moth (adult) mostly active at night time. This is harmful for your crop. It is much simile to the adult of rice stem borer.

Looks like Rice case worm adult,if u find more larvae then go for chemical spray otherwise dialodge them by passing rope through plants

It looks like many leaf cuts with larvae are floating on water. Spray quinalphos if pest is more than ETL
