Dear D Ramesh It is brown plant hoppers. Spray any ONE of the following insecticides. Imidachloprid. 0.5 ml OR Thiamathoxam. 0.7 gms OR Monocrotophos. 1.5 ml OR Chloropyriphos. 2 ml OR Bufrofezin. 1.4 ml in one litre of water. About 300 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck.
